In preparation for the upcoming LifeHR compensation survey scheduled to kick-off in April, we’d like to hear from you!

This is an informal Q&A and Feedback session facilitated by the Fidelity team. We’ll do a debrief of the 2022 Comp Survey and discuss changes in 2023.

• General Feedback on the 2022 Compensation Survey
• Equity – What changes can we make in the survey to make this data more useful?
• Under-represented & missing positions – How are these impacting your organization and what can we do to combine similar job descriptions?
• 2023 Survey Design Discussion – How can we improve the survey for next year to make this more useful for your organization?
