Event Overview:
Join LifeHR for an in-person social roundtable discussion, a chance to connect with peers, give back to the community, and share practical ideas to strengthen HR in life sciences.
We’ll begin with a hands-on activity in partnership with Life Science Cares followed by a one-hour roundtable conversation and time to network over food and drinks.
Our last roundtable in 2024 was a great success. Members walked away with fresh ideas to bring back to their teams, from new platforms to explore, to training and development initiatives, creative ways to connect engagement to patient stories, and even approaches to mentorship agreements. This year’s program will continue that momentum, giving everyone the chance to share and leave with practical takeaways.
Please come ready to share at least one idea, challenge, or success. The conversation works best when everyone contributes, and the mix of perspectives is what makes these sessions so valuable.

Format:
Afternoon program consisting of a community activity with Life Science Cares + happy hour + roundtable discussions
Notes will be taken and shared afterward so everyone leaves with actionable takeaways.
