Allison Lewis
Allison Lewis serves as Vice President, Human Resources at Cidara Therapeutics and Vice President of LifeHR. She has over 15 years of diverse Human Resources experience primarily in the life sciences industry, across all stages of development and commercialization. Allison received her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Florida and holds designations as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Meaghan Piscitelli
Meaghan Piscitelli leads Aon’s Global Life Sciences vertical and the Radford Life Sciences Executive Council (LSEC) and is a global relationship executive for key life science industry clients. She specializes in global compensation, job architecture, career development and performance management, salary structure design, strategic business operations, sales compensation and communications. She brings 15 years of experience working in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry including roles at Astellas Pharma in oncology operations and human resources and at OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc, where she held various human resources positions and led the compensation team. Meaghan received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Buffalo and holds a Certified Compensation Professional® (CCP®) designation.
